 700 gr tilapia (1ekor) / fried

Ground spices:

5 cloves of garlic

5 spring onions

1 knuckle of ginger

1 turmeric finger segment

1 finger joint

4 candlenuts

10 pieces of curly chilies / puree

600 ml coconut milk

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp powdered broth

1/2 teaspoon salt

Seasoning spices:

1 lemongrass

3 pieces of lime leaves

2 bay leaves

Oil for frying fish and for sautéing spices
