- 3 eggs


- 1 tablespoon grated coconut, toasted


- 2 tbsp rice flour


1 sheet of young turmeric leaves


- 1 leek, finely sliced


- 1/4 tsp ground pepper


- 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Mix all ingredients, stir well.
